Braceros Answered Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt
Part of the Cesar Chavez Collection. The Bracero Program was established in 1942 at the request of the United States. The US was desparate for help in their agricultural sector and Mexico agreed to help. Millions of agriculturally skilled workers came to the United States during WWII to plant, harvest, and process produce for American grocery stores. This shirt honors the heros of the fields who kept food on tables throughout the country during the war.
Made from very soft materials, this tee is 100% cotton for solid colors. Heather colors and sports grey include polyester. The shoulders have twill tape for improved durability. There are no side seams. The collar is made with ribbed knitting to prevent curling damage.
